I will attempt to get a ‘no alerts’ , ‘no recovery items used’ and ‘no continues’ game completion. I will not be going for the Big Boss Emblem because that would mean cutting all the movies out of the walkthroughs.

Red Zone Time Trial. This video contains a very fast method for getting through the first parts of the Red Zone levels (before you meet up with Otacon’s Mk II Metal Gear). In my Walkthrough parts 2, 3 and 4, I killed every single soldier. But that was not really necessary for most people (only us Assassins lol).
In this walkthrough, I avoid almost every single one and reach my goal in record time. I think it’s currently the fastest on You Tube. If you have a faster or similar time, why not make a video response?
This walkthrough is especially useful if you are going for The Big Boss Emblem. You never know, saving 6 minutes here might be the difference between getting the Emblem or not getting it.

Red Zone Final Phase. How to win friends and influence people. In this walkthrough, I outline the various ways of making the militia your allies. There are advantages to this, usually in the form of bonus items. Or an area might become easier to pass through if the patrolling soldiers are your allies.
I know the concept of helping “Arabs” is alien to some people. Especially considering the current political climate in the Middle East. But this game isn’t about current politics, is it? It’s set in the ‘not too distant’ future. Here, the PMC Soldiers are the ‘bad guys’. So it’s a matter of letting your conscience decide what’s right or wrong.
Later on, the potential allies are South American Rebels. So what I say here about making friends applies in South American levels too. - BladeRunnerBlues
