the day you get this will be the best of your life
I've had this now since xmas day and the display is a beautiful, all the buttons and D-pad are crisp and responsive, there is zero input lag, you can hook it up to your TV and use the original Super Nintendo Controllers, comes with a rechargeable battery which lasts well.
I've managed to test the following games and they work like they should
Mortal Kombat, Super Mario World 2, Gradius 3, Donkey Kong Country 1, Sim City, Super Mario Kart, Tetris Attack, Super Mario RPG, F-Zero
Buy one you won't be disappointed.

The best console ever, now playable anywhere
This is a lovely little machine, and it has been turning heads everytime I'm playing it at work.
The screen is really impressive, it's perhaps a little large (larger than a Game Gear - image http://bit.ly/yyx9nb) but it manages to be really comfortable to use.
Thanks to the SPC using samples instead of wave generators and fm synthesis the sound as far as i can tell has remained completely faithful, which is definitly not something that can be said of the Mega Drive consoles that have been released in the past few years.
For me I'd like the battery to last a little longer, as there have been times in RPG's where i have not been close enough to a save point to stop playing, but there's no standby like a modern handheld to leave it to continue later. Once I adapted to this though i've been able to manage the problem.
I have only found 1 US NTSC game with an obvious, but not major graphical flaw (Tiny Toon Adventures - image http://bit.ly/AhiMVT)
So far I have 6 PAL games in my collection that refuse to boot in 60Hz modes, so these are unplayable, and Super Mario World and F-Zero have minor issues running at 60Hz.

I'm a girl geek in love :P
I'm a girl gamer and proud, and this console got me all giddy when I saw it! I'd never actually heard of it before, or even played the SNES games - but what I'd heard about SNES was all positive and I went for it, and haven't regretted it since!
