Are you a bully or did you get bullied in school? Either way, you get to be the bully or get back at the bullies in Rockstar Games Bully: Scholarship Edition for the Nintendo Wii. This port of Bully from the PS2 makes great use of the Wii controllers. For example, you throw punches like Wii Sports boxing when fighting the other bullies. Various online reviews have given Bully the thumbs up for being a remarkable game which is a blast to play.

  1. GameSpy (Score: 4.5 out of 5) - Bully is a game that achieves in ways that few games have dared to try. Rockstar is at least partially responsible for the infamy and notoriety that the mainstream press lumps upon it, but it should be applauded for a game that what was one of the best of 2006 and remains a remarkable experience in 2008.
  2. IGN (Score: 8 out of 10) - Wii-makes are never the most impressive outings on our side, as it’s obvious everyone is trying to make a quick buck off Nintendo’s success, but in the case of Bully, all is forgiven, as it’s simply a blast to play.
  3. 1Up (Score: A-) - Among the deluge of E-rated minigame collections targeted at the casual market, Bully provides a welcome breath of fresh air for a more hardcore Wii audience.

GameSpot (Score: 8 out of 10) - Bully offers plenty of memorable moments and crafts an adolescent world that is both surreal and painfully truthful, so don’t be surprised if it causes you to relive portions of your own painful youth. … this is a fun and boisterous game that will ring true for anyone who has endured the unique adventures of student life.
